The Company
Prudential California Realty has, for several years, been the top brokerage in the East Bay Region. Superior marketing tools, including the Prudential/Yahoo Advantage, and a solid community image work to the advantage of both Prudential’s clients and our agents.
The Broker, Dale Price:
- Was born in the East Bay, and has been a realtor in the Danville/San Ramon Valley area for 23 years.
- Is a Past President of the Danville Area Chamber of Commerce.
- Has been Salesperson of the year, within his brokerage, several times over the course of the past 10 years.
- Received a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from the University of Oregon School of Law.
- Has served as arbitrator of real estate disputes for the American Arbitration Association.
- Is a former Director of the San Ramon Valley YMCA.
- Has served as Parade Announcer for the Danville Kiwanis 4th of July Parade for 17 years, and was Parade Chairman in 1999.
- Served, as a Division Officer, on active duty, in the United States Navy.
The Broker’s Philosophy:
- Keeping one’s business at a moderate size enables the personal attention which such important matters deserve, rather than delegation to less experienced assistants.
- An agent’s obligation is to identify appropriate properties; to negotiate the best terms available; and to close the transaction with all the relevant documentation in place, so that there are no loose ends and no future unpleasant surprises.
Compatibility:
Differing personalities, abilities and preferences make it impossible to say whether or not an agent is the best choice for a client. The criteria can be subjective. Initial discussions are required to determine whether or not a relationship of mutual benefit might be formed.
